So it begins. Though Quantum Cop is rarely seen without his uniform hat, that is what he looks like. Here is the only stip in which he is hatless.

You will have noticed there has been a format change. That's really just for the hell of it. I'll go back to the normal 6-panel format after the arc.

This story arc will periodically make references to previous C&A strips. So if you're not a C&A veteran, you might want to read the archives.
