That's a remarkably clean baby....

Also, that actually happened to a friedn of mine. She'd had a really difficult labour, and the baby cam out black. She couldn't figure out why, and it was because the poor thing had been almost completely suffocated by the umbilical cord. It had been wrapped around his neck about six times.

They're both fine now.
