At first, I had the King refer to Casey, Andy, and Satan by name. But for some reason that seemed wrong. I like it better without that level of familiarity between them. Casey and Andy are just slight annoyances to the King, not worth learning their names. As for Satan, I thought "Antichrist" was funnier. As if to drive home the point that she probably doesn't do a lot of chores around the house.

Poor Mary. :(
